Sewing 101 Workshop: Learn How to Use that Dusty Machine! REGISTER HERE.

You thought you wanted to sew, but when you started setting up your machine, you just walked away. I feel you! Join Ann Waddle as we start from scratch. First step will be plugging in the machine. And we will walk away with a finished drawstring bag!

Please bring:
1. Sewing machine. If you do not have a sewing machine, there will be 3 available.
2. Instruction book if you still have it. Most are available online & you may bring it on
your phone or tablet.
3. power cord
4. foot pedal
5. any accessories you have (extra presser feet, tool kit, oil, etc)
6. thread-I use polyester for general sewing, cotton for quilting-bring what you have
7. bobbin - empty bobbins are preferred as we will practice putting thread on them
8. needles (2) 80/12. Let me know beforehand if you need needles.
9. Phone/camera for taking pictures of setting machine up
10. Scissors or rotary cutter, ruler, and cutting board
11. If you bought fabric and never used it, you are welcome to bring it! (will use 1⁄2 yard
woven cotton/cotton blend to make a drawstring bag)
