Open Studio for All Artists, Crafters, and Makers on March 23

  Join us for Open Studio on Saturday, March 23, from 2 to 4 pm at Makers' Corner (215 Foster St.). This is a time set aside for people to work on projects begun in classes or at home. Bring any project you are working on, knitting, painting, etc. and work in fellowship with others.

Easter Services at FPC on March 31, 2024

On March 31, we will have an Easter Sunrise Service in the Downtown Commons at 6:30 a.m. and Easter Worship Service in the sanctuary at 10:00 a.m. Come celebrate the resurrection of our Savior!

Donate Candy for Easter Egg Hunt

The FPC Youth Group is requesting candy donations to fill Easter eggs as well as pre-filled eggs for our annual Easter Egg hunt on March 30th. Please drop them off in the office or contact Emily Vaughn. Thank you!

Faith Focus on March 13: "Faith in a Digital Age" by Jenny Harris

This week at Faith Focus, APSU librarian and FPC member Jenny Harris will present “Faith in a Digital Age” about fostering community that is not only aware of digital challenges but also equipped to address them with love, wisdom, and action. Join us on Wednesday in Fellowship Hall for dinner and the program from 5:00 to 6:30.

Maundy Thursday Service at FPC (March 28, 2024)

Experience Maundy Thursday at FPC on March 28. At 6 pm, we will enjoy a simple meal of soup and homemade breads in the casual setting of our Fellowship Hall and then will worship with acoustic music, prayer, a short sermon, and communion.

Donate to the Little Free Pantry Project at FPC

We are starting a little free pantry for folks who need food and items unavailable with food stamps. It will be located near the AOC outside. You may provide items for the “grand opening” sometime in March by dropping them off in the community room (formerly the parlor). Recommended items include canned goods with pop tops, healthy packaged snacks, toilet paper, toothbrushes, soap, etc. Special thanks to Tom Presler and Ben Haynes for constructing this pantry! 

Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Glenwood Park on March 30

Children and their families are invited out the Easter Egg Hunt on March 30. Games start at 2:30 followed by the hunt at 3:00 in Glenwood Park.
